Booking & Deposit Terms

1. Booking deposit. A 50% deposit reserves your event date and equipment. The balance is due at delivery, paid to the installation crew.
2. Our role. Tent Booking Direct is a booking service; delivery, setup, and takedown are performed by a vetted local installation partner, who is the installer of record.
3. Cancellation. 14+ days before the event: deposit refunded minus a $150 booking fee. 7–13 days: 50% of the deposit refunded. Under 7 days: the deposit is non-refundable (equipment and crew are reserved for your date).
4. Weather. Wind or storm cancellations made by the installer for safety follow the installer's policy; we rebook, or refund the deposit if no substitute date works.
5. Our failure to deliver. If we cannot confirm equipment for your date, 100% of your deposit is refunded within 24 hours.
6. Acceptance. Paying the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms. You will receive an itemized confirmation by text or email at payment.
